Cebu Landmasters is developing a 1.8 hectare prime property in Lahug, Cebu City into a master-planned garden condominium community. Situated in the MIddle of VEterans and SAlinas drive, the Mivesa Gaden Residences will have seven mid rise condominium towers. 60% percent of the development will be allocated for amenities that will include pocket parks, meditation gardens, pedestrian walkways, and jogging paths.
